Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 Set Up Fee.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No.

What is included in my dues? Grounds keeping, exterior maintenance, amenities (laundry room & pool), snow removal, and insurance on the exterior and common areas.

How do I get a pool key? Fill out the pool waiver at the link above (or CLICK THIS LINK TO FILL OUT THE WAIVER). Once you’ve filled out the waiver, pay your refundable pool key deposit of $50 through your portal or bring in a check. Once we receive payment, you will get your pool key!

How do I get my gas bill or make sure my tenant gets the gas bill? Call Relms at 801-363-2230 to set it up.

What is the process if I need to do repairs or install something on the roof? You will need to notify North HOA prior to getting access to the roof. You will need to pay a $50 fee for roof access. Once the fee is paid, you can arrange with a board member to meet you onsite and access the roof. They will ensure that the roof is not damaged, and photo any work done.
