What are the annual dues? $200 annually, charged each January.
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, $350 transfer fee.
What is included in my dues? Insurance on the common areas and landscaping on the common areas.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $200 reinvestment fee.
Can I install Solar Panels? Solar panels are allowed on roofs, however, you must submit for approval prior to installation.
