Annual Meeting Details:
- Date: Tuesday, May 14th, 2024
- Time: 7:00-8:00 PM
- Location: The Logan City Library – 285 N Main St, Logan, UT 84321. The meeting will be held in the Sego Lily conference room on the 2nd floor
Voting Information:
- Voting Starts: May 1st
- Voting Closes: May 8th
The voting process for the Board Members will be conducted electronically. You can vote at the link above.

What are the monthly HOA dues? Dues are $172.50
How much is the special assessment? $3,125.00
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $10,000
Is there a set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $350.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No
Can I rent out my unit? Yes, with a contract that is at least 6 months long.
What are the Garbage Rules? Garbage is picked up on Monday and cans must be brought back in within 24 hours. If you garbage can is still out on Wednesday you will receive a violation.
Who is responsible for the party fence at the front and back of each unit? The homeowner’s are responsible.
