The Hartford Park HOA annual meeting will be held on May 6th, 2025. Save the date!

Nomination Details:
- If you would like to nominate yourself to serve on the board please fill out the NOMINATION form.
- Nomination Deadline: April 24th
We will be electing 5 Board Members to serve. For those interested in running for the open board positions, please complete the nomination form.
Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, without past-due association dues.
Voting Information:
- Voting Starts: April 29th
- Voting Closes: May 5th
The voting process for the Board Members will be conducted electronically. The voting link will be emailed to you.

What are the monthly HOA dues? Dues are $181.00
How much is the special assessment? $3,125.00
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $25,000
Is there a set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $350.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is .5% of the purchase price.
Can I rent out my unit? Yes, with a contract that is at least 6 months long.
What are the Garbage Rules? Garbage is picked up on Monday and cans must be brought back in within 24 hours. If you garbage can is still out on Wednesday you will receive a violation.
Who is responsible for the party fence at the front and back of each unit? Lot owners are responsible for maintaining fencing located on or within their Lot boundaries. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the perimeter fencing surrounding the subdivision.
