COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the yearly dues? $120 per year.
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $250.
What is included in my dues? Dues cover the irrigation pump maintenance and easement to the east of the property by the canal.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $350.
Who does snow removal? The roads are city property and it is on their plow routes. The city ordinance states that plows are called once 1 inch has accumulated. If the accumulation is less than this there is a chance it could still be hit, or if it is unreasonably slick then we put salt down to break the ice pack up. Owners are responsible for all other snow removal.
Water Usage: All homes must be using secondary water for their landscaping. All owners are aware that they cannot use culinary water for irrigation use.
Landscaping: Owner’s must have their front yard completed the first year, and the back yard done the second year.
