What are the monthly dues? HOA dues are $350 annually. Billing will start July 1st, 2024.
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes. It is 0.5% of the purchase price.
What is included in the HOA dues? Common expenses such as HOA insurance, legal renewals and registrations, management, and any common area maintenance.
