Dear Association Members,

The Lone Cedar Conservation HOA annual meeting and developer turn over meeting will be held on June 30th, 2026.

Annual Meeting Details:

  • Nomination Deadline: June 20th, 2026

We will be electing 3 New Board Members to serve 1 year terms each. For those interested in running for the open board positions, please complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, with no past-due association dues.

If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send someone to take your place, please fill out the Proxy Form.

Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in the nomination and voting process. Together, we can ensure that Lone Cedar Conservation remains a wonderful place to call home.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the monthly dues? HOA dues are $350 annually. Billing will start July 1st, 2024.

Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes. It is 0.5% of the purchase price.

What is included in the HOA dues? Common expenses such as HOA insurance, legal renewals and registrations, management, and any common area maintenance.

What are the restrictions on landscaping? All homes must use a drought-tolerant grass seed or sod that meets Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance (TWCA) standards. Water sprinklers must meet water-conserving standards.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? Each homeowner is responsible for their own unit’s pest control.
