The HOA Board is requiring that all unit owners update their contact information by filling out a google form. If you own more than one unit, please fill out a separate form for each unit. We need to have responses for every unit completed by November 1st. Renters do not need to fill out this form.

We will be electing 2 New Board Members to serve. For those interested in running for the open board positions or nominating a fellow member, please complete the nomination form, and submit a photo and bio to service@northhoa.com (North will contact the nominee for this information if you are not self nominating).
Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, without past-due association dues. The board would like to invite nominees to come to the meeting 20 minutes early to ask the board any questions you have.
Serving on the HOA Board Details:

Serve a 3 year term

Attend monthly meetings (1st Thursday of the month) and other meetings as necessary

In contact daily through emails & texts with board members, maintenance manager, property manager, etc. involving the daily functions of Yorkshire property

Spend 2-6 hours a week fulfilling board duties (will fluctuate based on seasons and current projects)

Able to assist in periodic property surveys

Voting will be held in person at the Town Hall meeting.

What are the monthly dues? $160 monthly.
Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 Set Up Fee.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.
What is included in my dues? Landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance, amenities (clubhouse, basketball court), insurance on the common area and exterior of buildings.
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $10,000.00
What is the HOA approved door trim paint color? Dover White Water Based Semi-gloss exterior paint. Trim must be scraped and caulked prior to painting.
