Yorkshire Community,
Google Fiber is currently expected to start construction by the end of this week or early next week. They will be digging in the lawns and under the front flower beds to lay fiber cable and will place a network box on the front of each unit. Those with decorations or furniture in front of their units are advised to remove items to avoid any damage. Please keep an eye on children and equipment during the construction process. Thank you for your patience as these projects are completed.

Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 Set Up Fee.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.
What is included in my dues? Landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance, amenities (clubhouse, basketball court), insurance on the common area and exterior of buildings.
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $10,000.00
What is the HOA approved door trim paint color? Dover White Water Based Semi-gloss exterior paint. Trim must be scraped and caulked prior to painting.
