LANDSCAPING UPDATE

Homeowners,

The developer has let us know they have to rebid the landscaping so it will take a little bit longer to start the landscaping than they originally anticipated. In the meantime we have authorize for weed control to be done until landscaping can begin. They will start at the entrance and work their way through. We will keep you updated as we get updates from the developer. Thank for your patience!

SNOW REMOVAL

Due to the excessive amount of snow this winter, the HOA is well over their snow removal budget for the year. This is mainly due to the cost of shoveling the driveways. Since many of the units are used as short term rentals and are sitting vacant for periods of time, the developer/board has asked for the following changes in regard to snow removal.

1. Driveways will only be shoveled at the end of a storm.

2. Street snow removal will continue as normal.

If you have any questions please email service@northhoa.com. Thanks!
