We will be electing 1 Board Member to serve a 2 year term. For those interested in running for the open board position, please complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, with no past-due association dues.
If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send someone to take your place, please fill out the Proxy Form.
Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in the nomination process. Together, we can ensure that North Logan Village HOA remains a wonderful place to call home.

The current deductible is $10,000. If you need a copy of the policy, please contact the insurance provider.
What are the monthly dues? $165 monthly.
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.
What is included in my dues? Landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance, insurance on the common area and exterior of buildings, North Logan City water, sewer and garbage (owner will still have a small bill monthly).
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes. There is a 0.5% of the purchase price.
When is trash pickup? Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.
Can I rent out my unit? Yes. Long term leasing (6 months or longer) is allowed.
Are short term rentals allowed? No. Per the CC&Rs “No Owner shall be permitted to lease his/her Living Unit for transient, hotel, short-term, or seasonal purposes; all leases shall be for an initial term of no less than six (6) months; daily or weekly rentals are prohibited”.
Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
