What are the monthly dues? $165 monthly.
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.
What is included in my dues? Landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance, insurance on the common area and exterior of buildings, North Logan City water and garbage.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes. There is a 0.5% of the purchase price.
When is trash pickup? Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.
Can I rent out my unit? Yes. Long term leasing (6 months or longer) is allowed.
Are short term rentals allowed? No. Per the CC&Rs “No Owner shall be permitted to lease his/her Living Unit for transient, hotel, short-term, or seasonal purposes; all leases shall be for an initial term of no less than six (6) months; daily or weekly rentals are prohibited”.
