What are the monthly dues? Single family homes: $100 per year, Townhomes: $120 per month
Is there a setup/transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 set up fee.
What is included in my dues?
Single family homes: HOA dues cover the cost of the pocket parks and HOA insurance in case there is an accident on the property.
Townhomes: HOA dues cover the HOA master insurance policy, lawncare and exterior maintenance per the CCR’s and maintenance chart.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, 0.5% for townhomes, none for single family homes.
Are short term rentals allowed? The minimum lease term has to be thirty (30) days. Nightly or weekly rentals are prohibited.
