What are the monthly dues? $200 per month.

How do I get a pool key? Call Lorna Belnap at 801-458-7611

Is there a setup/transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $350 paid to Lake Meadow Lodge.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

What is included in my dues? Master HOA policy ($5,000 deductible), lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, snow removal of the parking area. Sidewalks are to be shoveled by the owner.

Are short term rentals allowed? No, they are not.

Are pets allowed? Pets are only allowed if they are registered assistance animals. Any units that have assistance animals must fill out an application, and supply the necessary documents to the HOA board. This application can be found in the “Governing Documents” section above.

Do I need insurance? Yes, each owner needs to carry an insurance policy for their home.
