We will be electing 1 New Board Member to serve a 2 year term. For those interested in running for the open board position, please complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, with no past-due association dues.
If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send someone to take your place, please fill out the Proxy Form.
Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in the nomination process. Together, we can ensure that Devonshire Court remains a wonderful place to call home.

What are the monthly dues? $205 monthly, due on the 1st and late on the 30th.
What is the special assessment? Devonshire Court Townhomes currently has a special assessment in place for a total of $600 per unit to cover the repairs of utility line leaks and sprinkler/irrigation line leaks. The special assessment begins August 1st, 2026, and will end by January 31st, 2027. Homeowners may pay $100 per month for those 6 months, or they may pay in full at any time.
Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No.
What is included in my dues? Water/sewer/garbage, landscaping, and insurance on common areas.
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $25,000.00
Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? Homeowners are responsible for their own pest control on the interior AND exterior of their unit.
