ANNUAL MEETING

Dear Association Members,

We are reaching out to let you know that the Aspen Condos HOA annual meeting will be held on September 21st, 2026.

Annual Meeting Details:

  • Date: September 21st, 2026
  • Time: 6 PM
  • Location: Outside on the pavement by the garages at the HOA. Please bring your own chair

Nomination Details:

  • Nomination Deadline: September 11th, 2026
  • Please self nominate here: Nomination Form Link

We will be electing 1 New Board Member to serve. For those interested in running for the open board position, complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, without past-due association dues.

Board Member Voting Information:

  • Voting will be held at the annual meeting. If you cannot attend, please fill out the Proxy Form.

Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in both the nomination and voting processes. Together, we can ensure that Aspen Condominiums remains a wonderful place to call home.

What are the monthly dues? 2 story units are $180 per month. 1 story units are $175 per month.

Is there a setup/transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $250.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the sales price.

What is included in my dues? Landscape maintenance on common areas and snow removal.

Exterior changes: The lights, brick, and garage door must stay the same color.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
