How to opt in:
- Log into your homeowner portal
- Navigate to “My Profile” or click your name in the top right corner and select “My Profile”
- Go to “Communication” and toggle ON each phone number you would like to receive texts on. You can also edit or add phone numbers as needed.

What are the monthly dues? $100 per month
Is there a setup/transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes. There is a $250 setup fee.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes it is 0.5% of the purchase price.
What is included in my dues? HOA Master insurance, lawn mowing
Who does snow removal? Unit owners are responsible for the snow removal of driveways and sidewalks. The city plows the roads. If the mailboxes need to be dug out please let our office know.
Are storm doors and screen doors allowed? No, neither storm doors or screen doors are allowed.
What are the requirements for fences? You must submit an approval request through your portal. The fence must be the same height, color, and texture/material of the existing fences and must be installed by Arrow Fence.
Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
