What are the monthly dues? $160.00 per month
Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, $250.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, 0.5% of the purchase price.
What is included in my dues? HOA Master Insurance, common area maintenance, snow removal on all roads, sidewalks and driveways, lawn care for all units.
Who takes care of my flower bed(s)? The home owner is responsible for their flower beds.
Are there any amenities? Yes, the community has a pavilion and a pickleball court
Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? Each homeowner is responsible for their own unit’s pest control.
