We will be electing 3 New Board Members to serve 2 year terms each. For those interested in running for the open board positions, please complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, with no past-due association dues.
If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send someone to take your place, please fill out the Proxy Form.
Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in the nomination process. Together, we can ensure that The Cove at Hyde Park remains a wonderful place to call home.

What are the monthly dues? $140.00 per month
Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, $250.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, .5% of the purchase price.
What is included in my dues? HOA Master Insurance, common area maintenance, snow removal on all roads, sidewalks and driveways, lawn care for all units.
Who takes care of my flower bed(s)? The home owner is responsible for their flower beds.

Are there any amenities? Yes, the community has a pavilion and a pickleball court
