We will be electing 2 Board Members to serve. For those interested in running for the open board positions, please complete the nomination form.
Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, without past-due association dues.

What are the monthly dues? $136 monthly.
Is there currently a special assessment? Yes. The special assessment amount for each unit will be $1,602, payable over the course of 6 months. We have structured this to ease the financial impact, requiring a minimum monthly payment of $267 starting July 1st, 2024. This special assessment is charged in addition to your monthly HOA dues. Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 Set Up Fee made out to North HOA.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price made out to Rodeo Lane HOA.
What is included in my dues? Landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance, insurance on exterior of buildings and common area.
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $25,000.00
