ASPHALT WORK - MAY 10TH 7AM

Important Information:
  • Date of the work: TOMORROW Friday May 10th
  • Time: 7:00 am May 10th – 7:00 am May 11th
  • Street cleaning/prep will take place May 9th, please make sure all cars are off the asphalt surface so the company performing the maintenance can sufficiently clean the area being treated.
  • Once the work commences, no vehicles will be able to enter or leave for 24 hours.
Below is information we received from the asphalt company performing the maintenance.
What you need to know:

  • The asphalt surface will be closed to all traffic beginning at 7AM.
  • Cars parked in the maintenance area after 7AM will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Do not walk or drive on the surface during the closure. (THIS INCLUDES BACKING OUT OF DRIVEWAY/CARPORT)
  • The sealcoat will need time to cure and therefore the asphalt surface will not be accessible until 7AM the next morning. Please park on nearby streets or parking lots during this time.
  • Towing services will be on call for this project. Cars that are not removed from the maintenance area WILL be towed.
  • You will be liable for ANY damages that occur on the surface (driving on the surface, walking on the surface, water damage, etc.) Minimum repair costs are $500, maximum $3,000.
  • Please move all parked cars, trailers, and debris from the road.
  • Street cleaning/prep will take place the day prior please make sure all cars are off the asphalt surface so we can sufficiently clean the area being treated.

With your cooperation, it will be possible to complete this project quickly and with the least amount of inconvenience. If weather causes a halt to the project, the area may be required to be closed another day. In this case, you will be notified once a new date has been approved.

If you rent your unit, please ensure that your tenants/current occupants are aware of this asphalt work being done.
