What are the monthly dues? $128 monthly. Due the 1st and late the 30th.

Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No.

What is included in my dues? Landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance, insurance on exterior/common areas.

What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $5,000.00

Who is responsible for the front garden beds? Owners are responsible to maintain their garden beds and keep it weed free. There are no sprinklers serving these boxes, so plantings must be xeriscaped or hand-watered as needed.

What are the rules on storage along the sides of buildings? The Board does not permit owners to store items between units (e.g., totes, tools, furniture, binds). Please keep these side areas clear.

What are the rules on the back areas behind units (gardens, bark, pavers)? The Board approves owners landscaping these areas so long as access is maintained for neighbors, utilities, emergency personnel, and HOA vendors. Fences and any permanent structures are not allowed. Storage is not allowed in the areas behind units.
