We will be electing 1 Board Member to serve a 3 year term. For those interested in running for the open board position, please complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, with no past-due association dues.
If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send someone to take your place, please fill out the Proxy Form.
Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in the nomination process. Together, we can ensure that Devonshire Downs HOA remains a wonderful place to call home.

What are the monthly dues? $192.00 monthly. Due on the 1st, late on the 30th.
Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.
What is included in my dues? Water/sewer/garbage, landscaping, snow removal, maintenance & insurance on exterior/common areas.
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $5,000.00
Who takes care of the flower beds? The HOA will make sure there are not any weeds in the flower beds, but the owner’s are responsible for anything beyond that.
Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? Each homeowner is responsible for their own pest control.
