To help you get started with the owner portal, below are links to documents with instructions on registering and navigating the portal:

The owner portal is a great tool for:

  • Viewing account history
  • Making payments and setting up automatic payments
  • Submitting work orders and architectural requests
  • Staying updated on community announcements and events
  • Accessing or opting into the community directory

HOA DUES INFORMATION:

  • Your HOA Dues will be: $160.00 per month
  • Paying your HOA dues: HOA dues can be paid online through your owner portal (processing fees apply), by setting up automatic payments through our secure form (no fees apply), or by sending checks to our secure lockbox for processing.
  • Any previous account or payment set up with another management company will not be transferred over. You will need to complete the new account set up and a new payment.

You can now opt in to receive text messages from your HOA! Opting in is a convenient way to receive important notifications and notices directly to your phone, keeping you informed about community updates and events.

How to opt in:
  • Log into your homeowner portal
  • Navigate to “My Profile” or click your name in the top right corner and select “My Profile”
  • Go to “Communication” and toggle ON each phone number you would like to receive texts on. You can also edit or add phone numbers as needed.

What are the monthly dues? $160 per month.

Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, $250.

What is included in my dues? Water, garbage and sewer. It also coves snow removal on the streets, and the maintenance of the the 2 parks, picnic areas and playground.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? Homeowners are responsible for their own pest control.
