What is included in my dues? Water/sewer/garbage, landscaping, snow removal, maintenance & insurance on exterior/common areas.

Who takes care of the flower beds? The HOA will make sure there are not any weeds in the flower beds, but the owner’s are responsible for anything beyond that.
