What are the monthly dues? $56 per month for Single Family Homes, and $95 for Townhomes.
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes. It is $350 paid to Village at the Bluff.
What is included in my Townhome Dues? HOA dues cover the cost of the tot lot, retention pond, exterior maintenance, exterior insurance, common area mowing, and sprinklers.
What is included in my Single Family Home Dues? HOA dues cover the HOA master insurance policy, the tot lot, retention pond, lawncare and exterior maintenance.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes. There is a 0.5% of the purchase price.
