Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes; 0.5% of the sales price

Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes; $250.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
