What are the monthly dues? $30 per month, or $360 per year.

Is there a setup/transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $250.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $350.

What is included in my dues? Administrative costs, management fees, insurance & taxes, landscaping, mowing, snow removal, weed control, common area utilities.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? Each homeowner is responsible for their own unit’s pest control.

What trees can I plant in my park strip? There is currently not a list of approved trees. The guidelines you must follow are that the tree must exceed 10 feet when fully grown, and cannot be a “decorative tree”.
