What are the monthly dues? $84 per month
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 set up fee
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

Can I install a fence? All fencing must be White Vinyl. We suggest using Josh: 801-814-8109. No extensions may be done on the patio. All plans and alterations must be approved by the board by submitting and approval request.
Can I display an American flag? Contact North about proper installation of a flag holder to fly the US flag.
