Nomination Details:

We will be electing 1 Board Member to serve a 3 year term. For those interested in running for the open board positions, please complete the nomination form. All nominations must be received by October 1st, 2026.

Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, without past-due association dues.

Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in both the nomination and voting processes. Together, we can ensure that Ellie’s Landing remains a wonderful place to call home.

What are the monthly dues? $84 per month

Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 set up fee

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

Who do I call to get a garbage can? Contact West Haven City at 801-731-5819

Can I install a fence? All fencing must be White Vinyl. Recommended Vendors are Josh: 801-814-8109 or StraightLine Fence: 801-814-8019. No extensions may be done on the patio. No part of the grass may be enclosed within the fence. Fencing must be white 6 foot vinyl. All plans and alterations must be approved by the board by submitting an approval request through your owner portal prior to any work being done.

Can I display an American flag? Contact North about proper installation of a flag holder to fly the US flag.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
