What are the monthly dues? $84 per month

Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 set up fee

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

Can I install a fence? All fencing must be White Vinyl. Recommended Vendors are Josh: 801-814-8109 or StraightLine Fence: 801-814-8019. No extensions may be done on the patio. No part of the grass may be enclosed within the fence. Fencing must be white 6 foot vinyl. All plans and alterations must be approved by the board by submitting an approval request through your owner portal prior to any work being done.

Can I display an American flag? Contact North about proper installation of a flag holder to fly the US flag.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
