The Master Insurance Policy Deductible is: $5,000.00

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the annual dues? $8,000 for beachfront, $6,000 for the back row, and $3,000 for townhomes.

Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, $350.

What is included in my dues? Common area snow removal, maintenance and lawncare. HOA Master insurance policy.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No.

How does snow removal work? Snow removal is done for the townhomes on the west side, the parking areas, and roads in the single family home area. Single family homes are responsible for their own driveways an sidewalks. If an owner would like to contract with Lutz construction for snow removal, please contact them directly at chereelutz@gmail.com.

Are there any rental restrictions? No.

Is there someone who can do non-HOA work on my unit? Yes, please contact Jarvis Parry at 435-213-6677. He will bill you as the homeowner directly for any work done.
