Annual Meeting & Developer Turnover

Dear Association Members,

The 1600 Park Avenue HOA annual meeting and developer turn over meeting will be held on June 18th, 2026.

Annual Meeting Details:

We will be electing 3 New Board Members to serve 2 year terms, and 1 will serve a 1 year term. For those interested in running for the open board positions, please complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, with no past-due association dues.

If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send someone to take your place, please fill out the Proxy Form.

Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in the nomination and voting process. Together, we can ensure that 1600 Park Avenue remains a wonderful place to call home.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the monthly dues? Commercial units are $156.25. Single units are $125 per month. Duplexes are $250 per month.

Is there a setup/transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $250.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

How does parking work? Each unit has one assigned covered stall. The other uncovered stalls are first come first serve.

If I own a commercial unit, can I install a sign? Yes, you may install a commercial sign. All signs must be approved prior to install. This can be done by submitting the design, size, location and how it will be attached as an ACC request in the owner portal. Please note that signs with lights that may affect neighboring units are not allowed.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
