What are the monthly dues? $170 per month.
Is there a setup fee/transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $350.
What is included in my dues? HOA insurance, common area maintenance.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No.
When is snow removal done? Snow removal is performed at a 1.5 inch trigger point.
Can I have a shed on my property? No structure of a temporary character, trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, shed, or other out-building shall be used on any lot at any time except as may be needed for construction purposes. No exercise equipment, children’s playground equipment such as playhouses, swing sets, etc. may be placed on any part of a yard for any period of time – no matter how brief. No clothes lines or flag poles.
