What are the HOA dues? The HOA dues will be $540 per year, or $45 per month. You are welcome to make a one-time payment of $540 to cover your HOA fees for the entire calendar year, but please be aware that per the CC&Rs, the dues will be charged on a monthly basis, unless paid in full. The first HOA dues will be assessed starting in January 2024.
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $300.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the sales price of the home.
Are short term rentals allowed? No. No Owner shall be permitted to lease his/her Residence for transient. hotel. or seasonal purposes. All leases shall be for an initial term of no less than six (6) months.
Information on Trees: Builders and home owners are accountable for the trees in the park strip in front of their home. Once they have a C of O, they are responsible for the life of the trees in front of their home.
A reminder to the builders, that when installing a driveway, if they need to move a tree, it needs to be carefully re-located or they will be charged $200 for the damaged or removed tree.
