What are the monthly dues? $113 monthly.
Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 Set Up Fee made out to North HOA.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price made out to Rodeo Lane HOA.
What is included in my dues? Landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance, insurance on exterior of buildings and common area.
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $10,000.00
Are there parking rules? Yes. Guests must have a permit to park overnight between 12am-8am. Visit parkrule.org for additional information and the full set of rules
