What are the monthly dues? $174.00 monthly. Due on the 1st, late on the 30th. There is a special assessment starting February 2024 that is $917 per unit payable over the course of the entire year in 2024. A minimum payment of $76 monthly is required from each unit.
Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 Set Up Fee.
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.
What is included in my dues? Water/sewer/garbage, landscaping, snow removal, maintenance & insurance on exterior/common areas.
What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $5,000.00
