What are the monthly dues? $84 per month
Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 set up fee
Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

Can I install a fence? All fencing must be White Vinyl. We suggest using Josh: 801-814-8109. No extensions may be done on the patio. No part of the grass may be enclosed within the fence. All plans and alterations must be approved by the board by submitting an approval request through your owner portal.
Can I display an American flag? Contact North about proper installation of a flag holder to fly the US flag.
