What are the annual dues? $1,320 annually or $110.00 monthly.

Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $350 Set Up Fee.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

What is included in my dues? Landscaping, exterior maintenance, insurance on exterior/common areas. The HOA will provide snow removal in the parking area. Owner’s are responsible for their carports and sidewalks. Owner’s pay all other utilities including garbage.

What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $5,000.00
