Dear Cobble Creek HOA Community,

We are excited to announce that North HOA Management has been hired to manage your HOA starting May 1st, 2026. We look forward to working with all of you and contributing to the success and well-being of your community.

We wanted to inform you of some important resources that will help you stay connected and informed:

To help you get started with the owner portal, below are links to documents with instructions on registering and navigating the portal:

The owner portal is a great tool for:

  • Viewing account history

  • Making payments and setting up automatic payments

  • Submitting work orders and architectural requests

  • Staying updated on community announcements and events

  • Accessing or opting into the community directory

  • Other community documents, such as meeting minutes

HOA DUES INFORMATION:

  • Paying your HOA dues: HOA dues can be paid online through your owner portal (processing fees apply), by setting up automatic payments through our secure form (no fees apply), or by sending checks to our secure lockbox for processing.

  • Any previous account or payment set up will not be transferred over. You will need to complete the new account setup and a new payment.

TEXT MESSAGE ALERTS

You can now opt in to receive text messages from your HOA! Opting in is a convenient way to receive important notifications and notices directly to your phone, keeping you informed about community updates and events.

How to opt in:
  • Log into your homeowner portal
  • Navigate to “My Profile” or click your name in the top right corner and select “My Profile”
  • Go to “Communication” and toggle ON each phone number you would like to receive texts on. You can also edit or add phone numbers as needed.

What are the monthly dues? $160 per month, due on the 1st of each month.

Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is $250.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? No.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
