What are the monthly dues? $150/month.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my property? Yes, .5% of the purchase price.

Is there a set up fee when I sell my property? Yes, it is $250.

What is included in my fees? A master HOA policy, common area lawncare, garbage (base fee).

How can I get a garbage and set up service? Please contact North at service@northhoa.com and we will reach out to Waste Management to ensure a can is delivered to your unit. Cans will take 7-10 days to be delivered after they are ordered. While waiting for your bin to be delivered, you may leave your trash in bags on the curb and Waste Management will pick those up. Trash day is Tuesday.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
