Is there a transfer fee when I sell my unit? Yes, $250.

What is included in my dues? Common area maintenance, private road snow removal, water for common lawn area, upkeep of park area, master HOA insurance.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, 0.5% of the purchase price.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
