The Cedar Creek HOA annual meeting will be held on October 27th, 2026.

Annual Meeting Details:

We will be electing 4 New Board Members to serve. For those interested in running for the open board positions, please complete the nomination form. Please note that board candidates must be in good standing with the HOA, with no past-due association dues.

If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to send someone to take your place, please fill out the Proxy Form.

Your voice matters, and we encourage you to take part in the nomination process. Together, we can ensure that Cedar Creek remains a wonderful place to call home.

What are the annual dues? $133.00 monthly.

Is there a transfer/set up fee when I sell my unit? Yes, there is a $250 Set Up Fee.

Is there a reinvestment fee when I sell my unit? Yes, it is 0.5% of the purchase price.

What is included in my dues? Landscaping, exterior maintenance, insurance on exterior/common areas. The HOA will provide snow removal in the parking area. Owner’s are responsible for their carports and sidewalks. Owner’s pay all other utilities including garbage.

What is the HOA Master Insurance Policy Deductible? $5,000.00

Do I have to convert to using an AC unit? Yes, all units will be required to convert to AC units by 2028.

Who is responsible for pest control on the exterior of the units? The HOA is responsible. If you notice an issue, please submit a work order through your homeowner portal so we can get it addressed.
